Activities
We offer After School Clubs for all of our children from 3.30pm until 5.30pm involving a variety of activities, which changes on a regular basis. Our timetable for September 2022 is:
Monday – Story book crafts
Tuesday – Sports
Wednesday – Woodland activities
Thursday – Board games
Friday – Film
Children have a snack and a drink at all clubs.
Charges for school pupils
- 3.30pm – 4.30pm: £3.80
- 3.30pm – 5.30pm: £7.60

Late fee
If any parents do not collect their children by 5.30pm, they will be subject to a ‘late pick up’ charge of £5 per child.
Sibling discount
In cases where a family have siblings attending the setting, a discounted rate is applied to the fees of the subsequent child/children:
- 3.30pm – 4.30pm: £3.45
- 3.30pm – 5.30pm: £6.90
We require you to book your child into any wraparound care by the Friday lunchtime the week before the booking. If you need to book the same times for the whole term, just let us know. We can accommodate pupils at short notice, however, prefer bookings in advance to allow us to resource and staff clubs appropriately. When a child is booked into a club from 3.30pm – 4.30pm but they are late to be collected, they will automatically be enrolled into the next session until 5.30pm.
If your child does not attend the wraparound care session booked, you will not be charged but we ask that parents let us know that your child will not be in attendance at the earliest convenience.
If your child is booked into wraparound care until 4.30pm and you are late collecting them, you will be charged for the next session until 5.30pm.
Any parents who do not collect their children by 5.30pm will be subject to a ‘late pick up charge’ of £5.00 per child.
